Everytime i saw old F1 with insanely huge tires, i can't help but wonder "Damn, those tires looks heavy". How big was it compared to modern f1 car? And wasn't an insanely big tires made the car heavier?

Probably, but tyre technology has advanced massively since those days. You can get the same grip out of a 205 section tyre as you could out of a ~305 back then, so it was necessary to run wide tyres to get adequate grip.
That's not necessarily the case today, but there is an element of regulation involved to kerb the speed F1 cars can reach. The same goes for the small alloys used. As far as I know they don't offer a performance benefit over a smaller sidewall, but it's part of the regulations.

Yeah, I always tought it's overkill.
And oh, the alloys, is the old one smaller than in the today's car?

Not sure about that, I think they're about the same. Ideally, modern F1 cars would have bigger wheels so they can fit beefier brakes and have less sidewall flex. With proper lightweight alloys they wouldn't gain much if any weight either.
