Stanley Roberts finds video of a sideshow where he is called out, and reveals a dirty little secret about these reckless acts of hooning: The participants are not from Oakland, but from out of town (Tracy, Madera, San Jose, and even possibly farther than that according to Roberts). So out of towners are causing the trouble in Oakland. And it also seems these folks only hit the same places cause....well, they are out of towners of course.
Also, the folks with the smartphones, GoPros and Tablets filming the shenanigans? They're editing it with music and selling them online. Wait, whut?
