Please pardon the potato pics.
The old boot was worn and separating, so this Saturday, I went and bought some vinyl to make a new one. I removed the old boot, cut the seams out, and made a pattern. Cut the new material and sewed it together using thread that matched the interior. I plan on making an actual leather one, once I get the chance!

A new shift knob would go great with that new boot.

It's really not that hard if you have access to a sewing machine. If you wanted to, you could even do an embroidered Alcantara boot. With stripes! Or fake Alcantara. Shits like $100 a yard.

I know, but I have to take the whole damn center console out to clean there.

I know, I know. Haven't had a chance to do so in a while, is #1 priority the next chance I get.

Yes. Yes it is. I live right behind the local police station, and so I frequent the same gas station. This .45 ACP was laying in the parking lot, so I picked it up. It's been in the car for over 2 years now.
Edit: Alongside a few .22LRs.

You can get scrap pieces of leather on ebay for pretty cheap. I just recently bought some suede to do this same thing.
