OH MY GOD IT'S SO BORING AND BEIGE TOYOTA HAS LOST THEIR WAYS IT'S AWFUL!!

Barring that opinion, how are these? I saw one at Arbys today and went "huh, I forgot about those, it's not too bad looking."

My next door neighbors son had one for a while and it seemed like a decent car. Nice styling at least. And it's a coupe!

Any takes on these automobiles?

I don't like them. They're like the coupe for old women to me.

My dad had one for awhile...V6 SE 5-speed...in beige. It wasn't bad it wasn't great either. From there he proceeded to lease 3 Infiniti G-coupes in a row. Now he has a CLA

Yeah, but there's a Sport package for it that had such an aggressive body kit for a Camry coupe. Like all you had to do was get some BBS wheels and it'd look pretty good.

Get a manual, toss on the TRD supercharger and it sounds like fun.

It's a two door Camry. For what it is, it's a fine car, of course not an internet racing enthusiasts car, because of course all of us on the internet drive Ferrari F-40s.

It's a Camry Coupe. That's about it. It'll be efficient and reliable.

I hate Ferraris so I drive a Zonda on the internet. Honestly it's wayyyy better looking than a normal Camry.

I guess that's what I need for my daily driver? Then I can save up for that Miata Life on the weekends!

So the v6 solara is the car that starts you down a road of success?

It's essentially the evolution of the Camry coupe, which I kinda liked back in the day.

If I decided to buy one, I'd go unicorn-hunting for a first-gen Camry Solara with a 5-speed manual.

It's a transportation appliance, like most every other Toyota for sale these days. Looks OK, cruises the freeway comfortably, ample power, doesn't handle. The coupe is for people who are boring, but don't like to admit it. The convertible is what your accountant buys when he's having a midlife crisis. It's the perfect car for single women in their 40's, who would also fit the definition of "cougar."

They're good cars, depending on what your particular vehicle priorities are.

First-gen is okay. But that second gen up there? Yuck

You could get these with a TRD supercharger, wheels + tires + brakes + suspension upgrade package with a factory warranty. Almost bought one over my Acura CL Type S.

Isn't it just a Camry Coupe? Never really been a fan of them, most of the ones I've seen have been driven by elderly men. Or maybe those were Avalons?

My mom drives a 2nd gen sport with the v6/auto. It's the polar opposite of the Fit, it's WAY bigger on the outside than it is on the inside
