Didn't wanna post this earlier because it's not a huge deal, but last Friday I started my diet. Weighed myself this morning and I'm down 10 lbs.

I'm down about ten pounds myself, but over 1.5 months. I want to be down 25 pounds more by November. Now all I have to do is get my back at about 90% pre-discectomy surgery condition and actually do some decent exercises.

But good job! Keep losing those lbs!

College demolished me. I was 185 in high school, I graduated around 250. It was bad. I lost a bunch of it a year or so ago, down to 215, then fell off the wagon and ended up at 228. Now I'm 205 and still trying to lose more.

Honestly, it's not that hard. You've taken the first steps, just keep working on it. I don't like to view it as a diet or exercise program, I view it as a lifestyle change. You should be changing your habits to live a healthier life, not forcing a diet plan to lose weight quickly.
