He's a really good speaker. I asked him about his thoughts on the effect of public perception on electric cars and he gave an interesting reply about the economics around it. Someone asked what he's doing after he retires from Ford, he didn't answer (he joked "are you with bloomberg?" then answered another question the same person asked)
Oh, and Rock Chalk Jayhawk and all that. I took one class from the professor we honored this weekend, Jan Roskam, who had Alan as his first graduate student. Talk about setting the bar...

I just pictured some guy with glasses on the end of his nose all calm and collected stumbling and fisgeting with a notepad and calmly asking this and by the end becoming loud and energetic and pissed.
