Got my first flat tire today...
...And it was in Downtown Seattle, during a rainstorm. I swear, parallel parking in the U district with some moron in a prius honking at you is the most annoying thing ever. I wound up hitting the curb with the front left wheel, and I just completely blew a hole in the tire in FOUR places, since the curb was sharp from previous damage. The rim is also pretty scratched up. Also, since this was my mom's car, I'm grounded from driving for a week

You must now pray to the Tire Gods.
I went YEARS without getting a flat. Then I started getting a ton back to back. Clearly I pissed off the Tire Gods.

Ouch. At least you don't have to pay for the tire. Unless you do, in which case, double ouch.

Next time a douche in a Prius honks at you, you now have to get out of your car and slash said Prius' tire.

'Why women shouldn't work on cars', is what a sexist person would say.

Triple that ouch! Since I felt really bad about it, I offered to pay for the tire, to which she responded "eh, let's change both fronts", so I'm going to be about $280 out of pocket (note: The tires on the car right now have 15K on them. WHATTTTTT!! WHYYYYY????)

oh yeah, and on our way home, a prius almost sideswiped my mom on the freeway. We had to swerve across two lanes to avoid the moron!

Curbs make me love my offroad tires even more. Curbs have just been slight bumps for 2.5 years now. Salt though was an enemy that cost me $1200.
