I have found out that you upgraded at least three intersections with a complete signal overhaul (and an addition of turn signals.) I just have one thing to say to you, particularly in regards to the intersection on 84th and S Tacoma Way in Lakewood.
Did you hire a pack of lizard-brained imbeciles into your Transportation Division?
In no way was a complete overhaul necessary, and quite frankly, you ruined the taxpayer's money when all you had to do was add a light segment here and there, not CHANGING OUT ALL OF THE SIGNALS, numbnuts!
I cannot imagine how much a signal head costs (well into the thousands) and before anyone says "o but satoshi it makes it bette-" No, shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down.
It was fine before some fuckwad thought it needed a revision, as I shall now point out - in this instance, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Here is the signal setup before (if Google maps becomes a bit of an irritation).
Plain and simple, yeah? If you looked at the map, you may understand why there is no left turn signal despite that driveway having its own dedicated signal. Here's what the city RDOT (Retarded Department of Transportation) did to it. (could not get a photo at the time so I had to render it.)
No. Just. No. I'm sorry, but why? In fact, why did you include a left turn signal directing traffic to the road of fucking nowhere? Also, there are 4 signal heads! Those cost, what, $4,000?!
There are two ways you could have improved on this - and that was to add a segment for the right turn lane.
Or if the right turn lane has to have its own dedicated signal..
See? Both of these do not use the left turn signal because it's unnecessary! The person (or people) who thought otherwise needs to be sacked and tar'd.

The only reason I go to Lakehood is to get me some BAPs (Big Ass Pretzels) from Hess' German Bakery. Also If I ever decide to buy a used car from a used car lot rather than a sketchy dude on craigslist, South Tacoma Way has my back.
