Kinja'd!!!

I just watched the Chris Harris 2CV video and now I really really want one. At first I was trying to figure out if it was in any way feasible to make a lemons 2CV but that seems unrealistic. But either way for some reason I really kinda want a 2CV, and this one is surprisingly...affordable. It's rust free at least. Now is this going to happen? Incredibly unlikely, is it interesting to think about. Yes. Do I want it? Yes. Is this torture? Yes. Grrrrrr, I need a bigger garage... !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

The added bonus of the later 2CVs is that while the charm is similar, the performance increases significantly. Acceleration is still glacial, but at least your top speed is about 100 km/h (62 mph). On a straight with no head wind. I don't know if the 2CV you've linked to is capable of that speed just yet though, it's a sixties model. It doesn't look very original either, and it isn't like parts are hard to find for these, I still see them regularly (in Europe)

Then you need to watch this classic, and then everything James and Oz.

Hayao Miyazaki looks exactly like how Hayao Miyazaki should look.

That car was featured on BaT - it's a 1967 425cc version from Argentinian production, which is why it look a tad weird to European eyes. The bumper, hubcaps are all original, as is the strange combination of 6 light body with high indicators and suicide doors. The grille and faux-Charleston paint job clearly are not.

These will be a little bit faster than Chris's deuche, but not by much: 95 km/h downhill, with a following wind.

Yeah, I've never been able to meet him. I wished he had gone to an F1 GP at some point, if he did I never knew. I met Asashoryu though. I know he likes machinery. You just want to hug him haha. I went to the Ghibli museum in Mitaka, its nice and some fun models you can only buy there. I got a couple laser cut brass airplanes to put together and the tiger moth blimp. He loves that blending of Japanese and European design.
