It took me a minute to notice what the shirt said, I was more drawn to how he's ruining that tire with grinder sparks.

I regularly wear this shirt and still March right up to women and ask for their number. It seems to have no affect on the outcome.

Was tempted.

I guess it's relevant to ask then, is the answer always no and therefore unchanged, or is more of a 50-50 thing?

I'm thinking it's the weekend cruiser/racer of Professor Xavier. I'm guessing he build it because he still has the need for speed, but is also paralyzed from the waist down.

More of a 50-50 thing.
I've only ever had a girl just give me her number out of the blue once. If you approach a girl cold (like in a bar or some other social situation), you have to ask for her number and it helps to be ready to receive it, i.e. have your phone out ready to type it in. Sometimes girls say no or make up an excuse (real or not, it doesn't matter because you're not getting her number at that point), sometimes they give it to me, most of the time they ignore me after the fact. (Maybe this is where the shirt is doing me wrong.)

Why would this shirt affect the outcome? Do you live in texas where they hate commies?

It's just weird and nerdy. Typically, my fare is Iron Maiden, some other band, SRTUSA, Ken Block, etc. t shirts, things that one woman said that she thinks I should grow out of (I'm 28). I even have a shirt that says "Wenches Want Me" that my parents bought for me at the renaissance festival. The kinds of things you would think would put people off but it really doesn't.

But how do you know? Maybe it is the shirt I suggest you try this one next time...you know for extra class.

If we ever meet IRL, I will wear that shirt and ask girls for their numbers until I get one. Eventually one will say yes, right?
