I was going to say that is a euro model but you get all types down there!

Depends a lot on who imported it, actually. Usually, manufacturers import from their own "country of origin", that is, german manufacturers will import german market cars, save for a few exceptions, while independent companies will bring whatever is cheaper. I'm guessing this car was actually sold new by Mercedes, so it makes sense for it to be euro spec
