Dodge changed their trim level names to Express, Mainstreet, Heat, and Lux?
That was weird.
SRT works so much better.

Well with SRT, didn't they take a page out of Ford's book and just make a performance division for all of Chrysler? (Being serious I have no idea how SRT came around to be).
But yeah that lux shit rings a bell, somewhere. It just sounds wrong, like something you'd see on the Sims

They did after Fiat took over I think. I'm not sure, up until a few months ago I was calling them Dodge Vipers, not SRT.

Well shit, isn't the SRT Viper a recent thing, like a 2014 model year recent thing?

I dunno man. I dunno. I know they're trying to suck Dodge dry of their models though.

Yeah, but why not though, Dodge is bring back all of the performance cars of old, might as well make them top notch performers as well as entry level models as well. I just wish they would lighten up the Challenger, that thing is so freakin heavy.

The Challenger is a heavyweight for sure. But that's part of it's charm. It's not a sports car and doesn't try to be. It's built to put down some rubber, then travel cross country.

True, I just don't know what the hell I want, haha. I do find it a bit odd though, that they make the 300 an SRT version. Yeah, it kind of makes sense depending on how you look at it, but I mean, even the Jeep SRT makes more sense then the 300.

300 is the prettiest of the bunch if you ask me.

It does look good, but so does a well done super bee charger

This generation SRT Charger was always too boy racer-ish for my tastes. The old one looked much better.

I like the front end better on the old one, and the rear end better on the new one. But what gets me is those curves they put on the doors of the new chargers.

I understand why they're there, to pay homage to the Chargers of old. But the slab side look looked much better IMO

Yeah, I mean a lot of it has to do with I see probably 5 or 6 1st gen chargers every day as well, so it's refreshing to see the new cuts (plus I'm just a curve guy I guess), but what really gets me when it comes to the charger, why no coupe?

Because it would intrude on Challenger sales.

Well even before the Challenger came around, the charger had a good 5 year lead on the challenger

That's true. I always thought the 4 door look was nice on the them. The new design would work as a two door. The old one, not so much.
