I haven't been able to load any videos on YouTube or anything on Speedtest.net for the past few days with Firefox, but there are no such issues with Chrome. Hmmmph, I sure wonder what's going on...

Proxy settings, maybe?

Chrome uses the default Windows settings, adjustable in Internet Explorer Tools menu>Internet Options>Connections tab.

Firefox has its own settings, which you may need to tweak to match the Windows settings.
