Unfortunately weight is still "TBD." There are plenty of other interesting things on the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! which is in PDF form. These things include overall dimensions, passenger compartment dimensions, gear ratios, compression ratio, maximum boost pressure, rev limit.
I'm excited and I'm still saving money to get one. Probably won't be until this fall though since I don't want to pony up the $70k (uncited, I saw this some place) for a launch edition.
I promise everyone here that if/when I purchase one, there will be a proper review with corner weights and a dyno pull.

For $70K you could also get Doug's car and have a gated shifter. But you wouldn't be able to make money for sitting at home with no pants on writing about cars. That ship has sailed.

Kickass :) I'd love one of these as well, but they're far from my income bracket. Multiple years' salary.
If you do a dyno pull, make sure you get the ambient temperature. It can affect the results so much, especially on a turbocharged engine.

When you do get one, I'll be the first to tell you I'm super jelly. It is one of the few modern cars that I actually really like and would consider. I'm not usually a fan of anything with four cylinders, but something about it in the 4C is just so right.

True, there are many things I could get for $70k (or $60k-$65k, which is about what I'm expecting to spend) but none of those things do I want as badly as the first reasonably affordable carbon fiber tub sports car. For the record, a 4X4 Tahoe LTZ starts at just under $64k.

Roger that! I'll see if I can go super fancy and get it in a controlled cell.

I want a 4X4 Tahoe LTZ one day too. And the 4C. And a used Ferrari.
Too many wants...

Won't be TBD after I get a hold of it. The thing that's kind of bullshit about that is they are still advertising a 41/59 weight split. HOW CAN YOU KNOW YOUR WEIGHT SPLIT WITHOUT AN OVERALL?! My guess is they are withholding it so people aren't disappointed.

I brought my mom to the Chevy dealer when I was home over Easter and as we were driving around the lot I pulled up next to an LTZ Tahoe and said "that truck costs more than the sports car I want." She didn't believe me so she got out and checked the window sticker. Sure enough, more than a 4C.

Yeah those Tahoes are not cheap these days.
If I pull the trigger on a big SUV one day I'd have a tough time deciding between the Tahoe and the Suburban. I want the Tahoe more. But if I'm going to spend that much I kind of feel like I may as well go big and get the 4x4 Suburban. That way I can carry moar passengers and gear when going on trips.

Very fancy :) I wonder how much that costs. Might have to do that with my Spitfire 6

It would be interesting to see what actually makes up the difference, and how much can be removed.

That's not chubby. That's the way women should look.
