They're really not hard. At all. Quiches and frittatas are my go-to recipes when I got crap in the fridge about to go south and I need to use it up.

What's a "quiche"?

As with most things food, I turn to Alton Brown for guidance.

My dad told me "Real men don't eat Quiche" and left it at that.

Sort of an egg souffle in a pie crust. They are pretty tasty: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quiche

Quiches are fantastic, sorta hard to mess them up. Good way to make multiple dishes (for vegetarians and such) and also reheat well.

I would give you advice, but quite frankly, you probably know better than I do how to make a quiche.

I always sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of the quiche, before putting it in the oven. The cheese mix very well with the quiche flavor.

They're pretty easy to make. Let us know how it turns out.

I found it in the ready meals section of my grocery. Just read the instructions and stick it in the microwave. Not bad, but pizza is ten thousand times better... suck our pizza, you frog-eaters!

Yep, as AB says, quiches are refrigerator Velcro.

Yeah, but I've got an ass ton of spiral sliced ham left over from Easter that I need to use up.
