Ok Yeah.

So. This wonderful story took place on Sunday .

I work part time in a restaurant. My title is "Short Order Cook" I do none of the above, I'm more of a "Prep Cook" That means I have to put up with a good deal more shit than everybody else has to deal with, like cleaning and storing stuff. I get a plate back, the customer claims "It's Cold" I'm told to deal with it. Which was complete horseshit, as it just was just cooked. I was about to head to the fridge and stick a bunch of frozen crap on her plate. God Damn people are fussy.

I feel your pain, bro. I recently started working at a home improvement warehouse. People come in and cannot describe what they need and then get pissed because I can't send them to the right aisle.

Yeah, People just don't know what we have to go through with People-Oriented jobs. In my case, deal with angry people indirectly. On a daily basis, something gets sent back for no reason. It's frustrating.

It must be hard to memorize all of those aisles, and what's in them. When I'm at the hardware store looking for something, I just try to get pointed in the right direction. Not specifically pinpoint the exact location to the inch of a 9 1/2 MM Cap screw, specifically in bronze.

I only get my job done because I've got a book of how the dishes are supposed to be prepared, Hehe.
