My neighbor has an MDX exactly like the one pictured above. I was at the Giant and he parked in a handicapped spot even though he's far from handicapped. Then an X6 pull into the lot, and guess what! She parked in a normal spot between the lines.

Does she have a handicap card? There are plenty of people that look fine on the outside but still have something wrong that they need the handicap spot.
If not then yea it's a douche move.
