It's a nice distraction from house hunting stress of late. We put an offer on a house this morning, I still don't know how I feel about it. I abhor spending money and such and have never even had a car loan....just shitty cars (you break it, you fix it). So there is a bit of freaking out, whiskey drinking and "oh man"-ing. It does have a giant oversized 2-car garage for my liking. My current one is 6" longer than my oldz.

You pimp. I know the feeling, my Mom and I are moving out at the end of the month but her loan hasn't been approved yet. Settlement is on Weds. Fingers crossed.

Yeah I know the feeling- I got some strange credit stragglers that need to be dealt with as well. If only it were as simple as a head gasket. I'll keep a pair of fingers crossed for both of us.

Buying a house is such a pain. I am negotiating repairs now. Sometimes I wish I could just call up the person and talk to them instead of talking through her real estate agent. I have a feeling stuff would get done a lot quicker.
