That's an impressive amount of bolstering.

Is it a 6-speed or the stupid 4+3?

Another one...even better price, and local! I wish I had a two car garage right now...

I do believe it is a 6 speed since it's an 89. IIRC 89-96 have the 6 speed LT1, with the 96 GS getting the LT4.

Not bad, though I'd rather spend a few extra thousand for a C5. Personal preference, really.

It's power adjustable too. I sat in one at my chevy dealer a few weeks ago, it's very comfortable.

A few extra thousand is a lot of extra money when you're staring at $10k.
If I could find a C5 for $12k I might consider it, but that's already 20% more than a $10k C4, and I feel like you're better off in a $10k C4 than a $12-15k C5.
I think the C4 if a better looking Corvette anyways, but I'm not picky. I'd take either. I honestly have no idea how much money I'll be able to spend or when, have to buy a house first...

I definitely can agree with that. A few thousand is quite a bit more at those prices and a $12k C5 is likely much worse than a $10k C4. Though at $15k you start seeing pretty nice coupes.
And yeah I feel ya, I need a job before buying a house before buying a corvette :(

I've got the job, I just need the house. Then the money for a Corvette after I buy the house...
It's a percentage game. If we were talking the difference between $60,000 and $65000 no big deal, but $10,000 to $15,000 is a lot.
Who knows, I could have a $15k budget but I doubt it, I honestly expect to take a while to even have the $10k after paying for a downpayment on a house, and I really don't want to take out a loan for this one.

I've been trolling those forums too, and both of those are great for the price (seemingly). I just wish I had the budget for one at the moment, because I would be all over either (preferably the white with red interior).

That TT is hideous, and I'd much rather have a Corvette than an MG

The white one is actually in town. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I had a second garage slot.

No they're not. LT4 Corvettes sit between $9000 and $12000. Grand Sports are the expensive ones, but those start at $15000 for the black-guts coupe and go all the way up into the $50,000 range for a red-guts convertible.
