LOL, wow, way to assume my friend. I saw it so I parked beside it to take some pictures. Clearly you don't know the atrocious truning radius of the Focus ST (locked all the way, on a typical 2 way residential street, the best I can do is a 5 point turn to make a '3 point turn'.

I used to run without a front plate but got pulled over too many times and the officer gave me one last warning lol. He pulled me over twice within a few weeks near where I live (theres a popular speed trap) and he said one more time and I'm getting a ticket.
