That actually looks kind of neat. If it wasn't for the cheap taillight bits on the tailgate, I'd say this is better than the F-150.
That said, some of my neighbors bought one brand new a few years back and it came from the factory with an F-150 tailgate, badges and all.

I just went to Ford.mx to check the price on it and Google translated Fiesta to "Party". I also can't find the RS on the site, and assume it's no longer for sale there.

The Focus RS was discontinued with the rest of the MKII Foci at the end of the 2011 model year. The MKIII curretnly has no RS model.
