It's not going to be easy to part with this monster of a car, but I have other cars in mind that I'd like to get my hands on by the end of the year. I'm posting here because I know that a bunch of you, like myself, are Baja Bug freaks and I'd love to sell it to a fellow Opponaut if possible.
Passenger side floor.
Aftermarket heater.
Rear tires are as good as new.
Front tires also as good as new.
Here's a video of it running for you guys.
The previous owners of the car did a lot more to it than I did. What they did:
New wiring harness
New Pertronix Flame Thrower distributor
New starter
New brake/fuel liines
New tires all around
Larger cam swap
New carburetor
Rebuilt Engine
New ignition coil
New gas cap
All I've done is put on new spark plug wires, change the oil, and tune it up. If you or anybody you know is interested in my car, let me know! I'm happy to send more info or pictures your way.
Edit: By the way, I'm in St. Louis. Shoulda mentioned that earlier.

I did. I wanted to bag it and put it on smoovies with wide whites, do it straight euro rockabilly, but then I realized that that stuff costs money and this shit ain't forza, gta, nfs, what have you. Now, my plans are to get rid of it.

Yessir, car stuff is quite expensive. Just paying for gas for the Bug (91 octane almost $4 a gallon) and insurance is pricey. I already pay for gas and insurance on my OB and I need to start saving for the next car. I know that if I kept the Bug any longer, I'd end up doing all kinds of stuff to it which I can't afford haha
