Post stall maneuverability is weird

Watching it makes my head go funny because it flies in the face of how I know airplanes work. They need air moving over the wings so that the control surfaces can create forces that act on the airframe. Here is a pretty good video of an Su-35 flipping physics the bird.

OR, they need directional thrust to control their movements.

This is why I like Russian fighters.

Thrust Vectoring.

Thrust vectoring makes planes do some weird shit.

they are designed aerodynamically unstable. Without computers, they can't physically fly and will just drop right of of the sky.

Even gliding iS impossible

fixed.

It's very strange to see an airplane do that, but the motions actually look more natural - like how a real bird would fly

That mistake has been made in the past.

Post stall maneuverability is beyond being unstable. Since there is no airflow over the wings, stability is irrelevant. Power and thrust vectoring is what allows for post stall maneuvering. Unstable design has been around for a long time. Even the F-16 is unstable aerodynamically speaking.

Have a video of some A-10's blowing stuff up for training. That will make your head feel better.

Yeah, if you can wow the crowd at the Paris airshow, you're doing mighty fine. There were more airshows, but this is the only one everyone stopped dead in their tracks for. Because an unloaded A380 is quite impressive and the Eurofighter is quite capable too, nothing touched the Su35 for pleasing a crowd.
