Testing out the camera on the new S5. Compared to my S3, my girlfriend's dog's coat looks a lot more vibrant. So far, so good!

How much better than the S3 is the S5 overall. Would you recommend upgrading, or waiting until my S3 bites the dust?

If you can wait a little while (read: you're more patient than I am), I would wait at least a month or two. I like the phone overall (I'll most likely put together a more detailed take on it in the next day or two), but you could save a good amount on it if you wait a few months.
