There is nothing that pisses me off more than seeing something unique that you spend a lot of time sourcing and importing, and some rich asshole buys it and lets his dickbag friend who doesn't have a job or a car of his own drive said thing into the ground. 88 Passat wagon, 1.5 diesel, 4 speed manual, 38K km as of a few years ago. Someone sent me this pic a few days ago and it has been steaming me since. Below pics right after importation. Fuck this guy. Other side is dented front to back.

buy it and restore it, or import a nice one for yourself, problem solved.

That's really sad. I don't get it either, why would you give your dickbag friend a 25+ year old obscure import when you can give him a cheaper more modern generic car instead? Maybe I've just answered my own question.

I just hope my Touring will have a better life.

Dude! That is awful. I don't get why people don't appreciate things they own or other people's property. When someone hit my 'beater/dd' I was super upset because I took great care of the car. No dents/nicks/scratches anywhere. Now it has a missing mirror cover and a dented fender.

I didn't realize it was yours to begin with, totally understand your feelings on it. I sold my first car to a friends dad when I left for the Army, he sold it to a guy i knew from high school. 2 years later I saw him with it. It was all dented up, full of trash and cigarette butts, just destroyed, It was sad.
