I see that a bit on the roads here. Sometimes it's because they buy the wheels, then find they can't fit.

Most amusing is when you see it on a FWD car, with chrome up front & shitty steelies in the back.

I saw my first donks on Saturday. I was travelling through the bad parts of Philly to get to center city, and wow! I can't believe those people get money to buy BMW 7 series's and 6 series (any nice European cars that are rich for their tastes and place of living). It really creeps me out. If I saw a Donk where I live, something is TERRIBLY wrong.
