Spent the day dealing with the rust found when my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Photos of progress and injury inside. *GORE WARNING*

The rust had formed on the channel which holds the weather stripping in.

What I was left with after removal.

This one had me worried.

After some extensive use of my Dremel, a drill, and an angle grinder it looked like this.

Then I applied some Naval Jelly to hopefully kill any remaining rust.

After applying Miracle Paint, the holes were next. Since the inside of the door was accessible I decided to put some tape over the outside of the holes.

Then mixed way more fiberglass body filler than I needed and applied it from the inside. About 15 minutes later pulled off the tape and wallah.

Then another coat of paint over it all again, and I'm as far as I can go until I get the new seal.
