The official vehicle of distracted driving. 90% or the Rang Rovers I see, the driver is either (a Using a cell phone or (b doing makeup. The RR I saw today was a Man first doing stuff on his cell phone (all while wondering out of his lane) and then after he was done that, he was doing his hair. The 4 other RRs I saw were parked, so who knows what those drivers do. Nothing against the RR, it's just 90% of the drivers.

Here in Madison, WI where there is a no texting while driving law, but there isn't a no handheld cell phone use law, EVERYONE drives while talking on the phone, or texting. They don't need a Range Rover to join the club.

No, THIS is the official vehicle of distracted driving. I have yet to see one person that wasn't messing with their hair, phone, radio, etc. while driving one of these.
