or son even. Sure it'll be fun at times then "where the hell have you been till this time", "what is that in your ear?", "I got a visit from a mother of one of the girls from your school, did I not tell you about protection?", etc, etc...

FYI Always use protection, never tell them where you live.

I'm like that to this day. I'd be "hey, don't you know the damage your doing to the paint work? Sure it'll look clean but at what cost?".
