The purpose is to replace my current avatar and I plan to use it on business cards. What do you think? I'm still working on it so be sure to give any advice you have!

The "J" is missing something.

Upon further look. I think the J is squeezed a bit. If the N and W were a bit smaller/compressed to allow the J to expand a bit. That may help. IMO

My thoughts:

Larger logo as it will be easier to see once made smaller

I find 20 spoke wheels more attractive then 24 spoke.

The area around the center of the spokes looks wrong
