I got my holley 4 barrel off of CL for $25, then a $40 rebuilt kit for it.

Runs great!

I highly recommend Flowmaster Super 44's when you get to the point where you want a sound increase. I'd be happy to share my stock single exhaust vs dual Super 44 video if you like

well prepare your ear holes then!

I had a big hesitation going in the 2 barrel. the Edelbrock Performer RPM and the rebuilt holley 4 made that no longer an issue! Edelbrock was another CL deal for about 60-75 bucks.
