So this being my first post, I wanted something meaningful, something special, something to mark this momentous event. I didn't want to ask a question, I wanted to give something to the community. So here is what I am giving, pics of a 1932 Ford dump truck. No it isn't mine, nor do I know who it "technically" belongs to. It sits on my in-laws property, inside of a fallen barn. Its not for sale either. But its a beautiful specimen of rural decay.

Sweet man. Looks ripe for a street rod build. I wouldn't want to try and restore something this far gone.

It could also be an awesome/epic lawn ornament, especially if its too far gone. My wife and I were offered the opportunity to build a house on my in-laws property (40 acres). We would build it by the road ,where this is located. Also, I'd have a reason to enter the garages that have sat on the property and haven't been opened for....20-some years. Whenever i visit, I have to peek at the '67 mustang fastback, the good one...i should mention, there's two fastbacks on the property.

I could probably spend weeks combing through all that.

Oh, its amazing. My wife knows that when I say "I'm going for a walk" it means I'm on the other side of the property exploring. Here's an idea of how much I suffer going there, yet i always thoroughly enjoy it. also, sorry for the some of the bad images, its hard when the doors are shut and you have to be creative)

and the biggest tease for last.

That golden 'stang has been sitting since before my wife was born, so '89. I was told the brakes wouldn't work probably, so they put it in the garage and it sat there ever since. I can't see the whole thing, but the back of the body seems to be in pretty good condition, body-wise. I really hope its restore-able though, it belong to a member of the family who died before his time. I would love nothing more than to see the mustang on the road again, in his honor.

From what i hear, the blue one is suppose to be a parts car. And from the pics i've taken, the whole left side of the car seems to be like that. Plus, Michigan salt does not help....and if i remember correctly, both the 'stangs are from Washington state.

Anyways, its a shame that the car ended up like that, but that's what happens when they aren't properly put in storage. I'm glad that at least one is in seemingly good condition, even if it's that ugly gold color that is so appealing.
