Kinja'd!!!

So the project that I'm currently working on for my Data Structures class has me writing a program to play a perfect game of "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" using IMDB's massive database. My instructor gave us a small text file called ThreeActors.txt to use as a test case to see if our code was working. One of the three actors is Leonardo DiCaprio. Perusing his extensive list of work, I was reminded that he was in The Departed. Now all I want to do is watch The Departed again because I haven't watched it in a long time, but my program is due tomorrow.

Damn you, Leo! Damn you to hell.

It is if you're a computer nerd.

12 years as a software engineer, so I think I count as a computer nerd ;)

Watch the original instead, much much better. Of course I saw the original years before The Departed was made... Maybe biased.

your data structures class lets you use other people's data structures/databases? that's... interesting.

It's just the raw data that I'm parsing of the web site. I've got to build the graph off the parsed strings and write the program that finds the shortest distance between two vertexes.
