Oppo, the mod bug bites hard, time to throw out ideas!
Wheels: I'm not sure if these wheels will fit but the Mustang FR500 wheels would be great for my summer set and the stocks as my winter set! Can someone help me find out if these will fit the ST's bolt pattern, if they come in 18", or what I'd need to get them to fit?
These wheels..
Paint: You know the lines that go down the black fascia on the STs? I want to paint them blue to break up the front a bit and it reminds me of Lambos! Can't be talked outa this! :)
(My crude photoshopping :P) I might want to paint the middle lower bumper black too...
Lowering: At some point in ownership, I hate slammed cars, but I want to lower it at some point with the Eibach Pro kit. Here's how low it'd be..
Exhausts: I did ask about this a while back, I've narrowed it down to this exhaust. Thoughts? I've heard it in person and its soo loud!
ROUSH
Tune: Finally I'd probably go with the Ford Tacing Tune which reportedly gives the car 300hp and 360lb/ft tourque! Or the COBB! Not sure yet how long it'll take me to do all this, but I can do the paint and exhaust first.
SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK??
Have some 993 too!

Muy Bueno! Everything sounds great. I'd say those Ken Block wheels or whatever those are called. But damn, they are expensive.

Haha, Yeah.
I'd have to sell several organs to afford a set.
I'll take a kidney off your hands for all of those parts.
I'm in a White Chevy Express behind the K-Mart.

That cast version of the Fifteen52 Tarmacs aren't that expensive, still look great on the ST.

The Ford racing tune does not give you near that much power. It's a safe tune with a lot left on the table. Stick with fswerks or Cobb. Better programmer. I would change out the intercooler too, very weak link.

AccessPort first and over Ford. Cobb constantly updates maps, has the AccessTuner software if you want a custom tune, and supports upgrade packages. If you ever decide to get a down pipe or larger intercooler the ford tune is just wasted money.

wheels won't fit, offset and bolt pattern is wrong. Stick with fwd wheels or pay out the nose, try tire rack. Also, go to focusst.org, you seem to have some misinformation. We'll help a lot over there...

Get a Cobb downpipe and their tune. I have heard nothing but good things from Cobb tuning. Plus a downpipe will make the exhaust louder and make the car more powerful! What's not to love!
As for wheels, you have a 5x108 bolt pattern, which makes it much harder to find wheels for. If Mustang guys have it, they will bolt up to your car. Will the fit within the wells? Well you have to do research on what fits and what doesn't! I think this style would work well with your car.

Obligatory "I HAVE AN ST TOOOOO" Post. In all seriousness, the wheels look like fantastic. I have a black ST, so the whole grille thing is black to me no matter what. I've heard the COBB exhaust is pretty sick though. Roush seems almost too loud for my DD tastes.

I'm actually already there, I'm Karl_ST1 on there. But everyones sick of the "what will void this?" and "warranty" that. I got bitched at on my local Focus Facebook group for asking advice on exhausts. :(
I was told that if I went ROUSH or Ford Racing for parts, that it wouldn't void my warranty too, but I'm not sure who or what to believe at this point.

I thought that was only in Europe? Can you get them in the US?

What exhaust would you go with if you could? Unless you've already got one?

gotcha, well an exhaust should not void any warranty so long as you leave the cat alone. The ford racing tune does increase boost and torque but since it is a warrantied tune it's held back for their own ins. The tune has yet to show any real hp gains, only torque in the low end, but! The factory intercooler heat soaks really quickly for two reasons, the ic blocking active grill shutters and the k03 turbo being asked to make 25lbs of boost. The charge temps climb and the ecu dials back the timing and pulls boost. A lot of members haven't been happy and want to switch to one of the other tuners with out warranty. There are plenty of mild tunes around that make a lot more power under the curve. Maybe try mountune, the use a great programmer and work closely with ford. They haven't gotten the warranty approval yet but they are factory warranty parts in Europe. Sorry so long winded. I don't comment too often on there anyways, kind of a lurker I guess?

Not entirely sure. I keep going through the exhaust posts on FST.org and always forget which I like the most :(. My car's still totally stock, except I had the RMM TSB done since it was a 2013 car.

No worries. :)
Now when you say leave the car alone, you're referring to the catalytic converter right? If I swap out the entire catback for an aftermarket one, wouldn't I be tampering with the cat? Now I talked to an ST owner last night that had a full turbo back within the first 3 days of owning it and threw a code quick, so I guess the idea is that as long as I don't throw any codes or nothing goes wrong, I'd be all set running an exhaust.

catback is from after the cat converter back and turbo back replaces the cat with a hi flow cat or no cat. With out a tune you'll throw a code likely with each. So yeah, just an exhaust you'll be fine.

wow, you need my help so bad.
First, your Focus ST is 5x108mm lug pattern.
It is a huge bastard, shared only with Volvo, modern Jaguars and FWD fords. There are almost NO aftermarket wheel options for you. Every manufacturer will tell you to fuck off. Trust me, I tried finding wheels for my 1999 V70R (thank god I got rid of that and now have a Fiesta ST - which uses 4x108 wheels btw which are shared with 1999-12 Focii and 4-lug Mustangs).
http://www.modbargains.com/Avant-Garde-M3…
Where I work at ModBargains in La Habra we do offer Avant Garde M310s, one of the few wheels that fit and look good on the car.
Fifteen52 also offers those Tarmac wheels you see on the Focus ST TrackSTer but they cost an arm and a leg.
Cobb tunes are fantastic and I would recommend an AccessPORT V3 over the FRPP - no it will not void your goddamn warranty - uninstall before you take to the dealer. takes all of 3-4 minutes. wow, so hard. don't bother buying through FS werks anymore because since Randy left he took all his maps with him so if you buy thru FS Werks you no longer get the tune.
Eibach springs are a good choice for lowering the car and progressive rate springs are just fine for street use. linear rate springs are for track cars only.
If you have any ST questions you can always call me at ModBargains by calling 714-582-3330 and asking for Nick and I will answer any ST specific question and can be reached 8-5 M-F
