My wife's bday present is a success! They look quite good, I think.

I don't understand the hate. Would people rather have these projectors or people driving around with an hid in a regular housing?

as payment for the halos, we are taking your wheels, happy birthday.
Are they really set deep on the Mazda? Or is a camera trick ? I'm confused

I don't understand the hate either, but boy do they get pissed at my E36 for having them.

True story alert:
Some guy bought a brand new '05 Tucson for his wife. Only one problem... She couldn't drive stick. Dude took it back to the dealer, and it was now a "used car". Then my dad came along and bought it for like $2k off the original price. I am now driving that car.
In conclusion, I would never buy a vehicle for someone as a gift, but good for you!

I think you missed something. The lights are new.

Actually it was the halos. Although technically I did buy her the car, as it's in my name, but that was more of a necessity than a gift. :)

BRACED AND READY!
In all honesty, these Umnitza units are great, and they were very helpful with the install.

Indeed! No clue how that happened, they were a bitch at every turn.

Nice! I've been trying to find a simple set of halos for my car, but the all have a bad LED strip... `__`

Yes, but very few.
It's got optional 4WD as well, so it's actually a pretty fun car!

I'll have to file that away to into my obscure car knowledge databanks.

These were the Umnitza Predator Orion V2's...solid plastic rings with the LED's inside, pretty high quality stuff.

Hmm, good products from the looks of it! Although, none for my car yet (Cruze).

Soon, hopefully, as more of an aftermarket for Cruzes opens up

I have seen them on an otherwise original 66 Mustang, that was awful.
