Why would you need two planes?

I meant Cessna instead of Bombardier, I'm biased.

But to answer your question, why would you need two cars? There's different types of planes that are good at different things. Why shouldn't you want multiples?

I first I thought you meant something like a Cessna 182 and was mightily confused. Then I remembered that they make corporate jets... Cool pic though.

Hey those Global Express's are awesome, why would you take a Cessna over one?

But does it have the intercontinental range and amenities of the Global Express?Subjectively though, I think the Global Express is a nicer looking jet.

I also am biased. I worked at Bombardier for a Co-op...

(and it's only 20mph faster)

Different class of jet, so range and amenities are kind of a moot point. The Citation X does 0.935 mach to the Global Expresses 0.89, which is a 30mph difference at altitude...

I think the CX is a cooler looking jet, but my favorite is still the Sovereign

Not a fan of the horizontal stabilizers being supported from the mid section of the vertical stabilizer, or how the belly of the craft rounds our so much over the wing root. And while probably reducing the overall vortex creation at the trailing edge of the wing, the wing tips really do..... *snoring*

Sorry, I bored myself to sleep there, especially since I really have no actual design depth or knowledge behind planes. I have just always been fascinated/terrified in equal proportions by them, and the operations safety record of modern planes is, with cars as my reference, staggeringly good. And in the top picture the Brabus Global Express looks kinda the business.

Why are you biased towards the Cessna's anyway?

The tail of the Sovereign is called a cruciform tail. I think it works well on it.

Cessna pays my bills ;)
