nah, people approaching the stop sign (Karen Walk - if you see the street name sign) are in a school zone, and the city doesn't want people stopping along that stretch of road to stop for dropping their inbred turds off. Just poor placement of a no stopping sign on the same pole as a stop sign.. Should have been put a few meters before the stop sign. Saved money though.
