That's a very good price. I ought the exact same car for $21k back in August. I think the lemon buyback is affecting the price, but i'm not sure I' be so worried about that.

Also the title of buyback will have an effect in financing - Most reputable banks won't finance it due to its Lemon status, so you better have your own financing or cash in pocket.
