There's a good reason why I have a carbon fiber wedding band, and it's more than just a love for cars.
We should all strive to have our marriages be like carbon fiber.
It is strong, for it can not be dented or deformed easily.
It is light, and should never be the thing that weighs you down.
And most importantly, when you hit the wall, and you will hit the wall, you do not replace the carbon fiber piece. You patch what's gone wrong, and you get. back. out. there.

Except it is brittle, and when it fails, it fails catastrophically, with no warning.

I got mine at Helzberg Diamonds. Mine has no diamonds, and the metal is tungsten I believe.

I was JUST looking at one at the Roger's and Holland's at the mall yesterday. They were out of them for the longest time, and when our 10 year anniversary came up, my wife got me a different style of ring.
I like it, I'm happy with it, but when I saw that CF banded tungsten ring back in stock....

I described this exact ring to my wife yesterday (because I want one) and now I see a picture! Yes! Where and how much?

Well perfect. Now you've given me a good excuse to continue learning how to work with carbon fiber... :P

So I saw these, and I absolutely love the blue/silver, but before I go all crazy, the real question is, do they make these with only carbon fiber, and no tungsten? Regular Carbon fiber with a thick clear coat over it would be safe for electronics (as that's what I work in right now)...the tungsten would not be so safe...
Once I get to the point in life where I do pop the question, I wouldn't be taking my ring off unless it was necessary. That's why I ask...I can't find anywhere that does a ring that's just a weave. I know it's possible because I have spacers on my bike that are carbon fiber alone...it just needs to be a little smaller...

It's completely possible. I've just never seen them out there before. I agree with the not taking it off thing. So it would be cool if you found one.
