Agreed. It's marketing-speak bullshit to call it anything other than fake. I don't think it's a crime against humanity to build a fake, why not make a base car look and run better, but let's call it what it is.

The word "fake" is derogatory. It implies the item was created to deceive.

Calling a reproduction a reproduction isn't "marketing-speak bullshit" any more than "toilet paper" is. Why don't we call it what it is?
