Went to Walmart today, and picked up a few more cars. Finally organized the bags of cars I've had lying around near my desk; I've been working 11 hours a day, with Dr. visits and job interviews before that, so I haven't been able to think, let alone work on this.

Here's the bunch I'm adding to Bug's collection. I'll have to record them all to my master list; I still need to make that from paper into a spreadsheet.

Note: Some of these are copies of a particular car she has, just with different livery. For example, she already has the Gulf Chevelle, now she has the Summit one too. Not sure if I'm going to trade the Summit car or not.

I don't usually pick trucks, but I saw the Tundra, and grabbed it.

I'm guessing the Mustang 50 Anniversary collection is going to be collectible; I'm debating on not letting her take those off of the cards. She has cars similar to most of those already.

I don't remember who it was that was looking for a 92 Fox body... I tried to find a second 50th 92 Mustang, but no luck. I'm not sure I'll be willing to part with this one, but I'll keep looking in the future. I am pretty sure I bought the 93 Mustang as well, I'll have to check the other grocery bags.

I'll buy them at Walmart and ship them to you, as long as you'll cover the costs. I'll sell the cars on cards, although I'll always take trades first. But I know some people were looking for the 993 GT2, which is abundant at my Wally World. I've bought 3 so far, and I've seen plenty others. Some other cars are the same way. Let me know.

I'm looking for any Porsche cars. I'd love to have a 944 Turbo, 944, 928, 914/6, 956, 962, 917, 917/30, and just about anything in between. I already have a decent sized collection of 911's, and the current/common Porsche cars. The 911 GT1 will always take priority in trades, preferrably highly detailed '96/97 GT1's, but I'm looking for the white Speed Machines '98 911 GT1 as well. I'd like the Matchbox '96 911 GT1 in white, as well. One version of the 96 GT1 has black window vents, which I want, along with more detail.

How are you guys finding the Mustangs?

I've gone to two Walmarts over the week and I have no seen a single Mustang. Are they hidden inside the regular Hot Wheels or are they separate and people literally just go in and grab all of them?

They were just lying around. From what I've been told, there's at least one collector that knows when the truck offloads are, so they'll be waiting for the boxes, and they'll go through each box. I am not so lucky, I have to pick through the bins and racks, since I work when they unload the trucks at 6pm.

Still, I found these ones lying around in the bins and on the rack. Next time I go, I can grab all the Mustang 50 cars I see and trade/sell them here, if I know how many people want them.

The Wal Mart I got mine at had them hanging off the side of 2 end caps. I pulled and laid them out in order until I had one of each. When I got done, I realized another fellow had been watching me pull & sort them. As I walked away he smiled and said "what kind of die-casts do you collect?" and we chatted about them for a bit.

I'm interested in the 599 and Camaro(?) race cars.

Here's my trade cars, if you see something you like, 2 porsches in there but they aren't too exciting. And the 2000GT, Toyobaru, '70 Roadrunner, and SRT Challenger are already gone.

I'm definitely not someone who cares. I just picked them up because I knew that were limited, and she doesn't have the concept. I'm pretty sure she already h has all the others. Being a 5 year old, she's not the type to keep them in the cards...

What do you have? She had about 225 cars right now, so I'm finding it hard to find stuff she didn't already have. I'm always interested in Porsche cars, although we have most of them. like I said, I want 911 GT1's, m3 GTR (m36), any interesting BMWs, Audis... Any ALMS/Le Mans cars... I'm trying to post this from my phone at work, and don't have my list online yet, so it's hard to say what I already have.

The upcoming 2014 Batch J is coming out sometime next month (from what I've heard), with the Porsche 934 Turbo RSR and BMW E36 M3 Race included.

If I can find two each of both when they hit stores (I of course keep one of each for my collection), would that be a good trade?

I think it's called the "hollowback" but I'll have to check tomorrow. I don't mind if the 599 is a little beat up, I noticed that in the photos. Gives it character. What's the one in the picture below that? A Camaro?
