Just found out that the torque wrench that I was hoping to use to build my bike doesn't go low enough in newton meters to use on my bike :(. So I'll probobly have to fork over the money to have the shop build it... :(

Or you could use the money that you would pay the shop to buy the the tool. then you get a bike and a tool.

Ah, well a bit hard to refer you to my brother's shop in Illinois then.

There really isn't anything you can't put together yourself then take to the shop to tighten up, I'd recommend calling the shop and making sure that would be fine first though.
