Floors are good, so is spare tire well, BUT the left strut tower is really bad, biggest holes are probably around fist sized.

I just spent about $300 for random little parts for mine. Mostly ignition and brake stuff, and a new muffler. I would check out bmw2002faq.com. Might be able to part it out there and get better money.
