Great, great pics!! Love the MGB GT! Sad I missed it. How'd the OPPO meet-up part go?

Pretty good! We all ended up talking to each other throughout the event. Sadly we only had about half the expected number of people because of rain. We're going to plan on in Seattle in August though. Hopefully it'll be sunnier.

Well I'll certainly come to one soon (when it is not cold and raining, preferably)! You'll be one of the people taking pictures, I assume? :)

First of all, awesome pictures. Second of all, as an anti-stance enforcer, I am embarrassed to say I fell in love with that KIA.

Right on. It was a good time. My wife came home and promptly attached her new Oppo sticker to the back of the Subaru. It made me proud.

It really does. I actually saw three R8s in Portland yesterday, one white, one Suzuka Grey and one Black. All looked great, but this was the only V10.

That grey is the nicest grey after Ferrari's grey

I might even put it over Ferrari's grey.

They're probably similar as I heard the Germans make the best paints and sell them to everyone.
Ferrari's may get the edge not cause of where it was made but how much it cost. You can afford to buy ultra expensive paint when a car starts at $230K.
Have you heard of the triple later Ferrari and Lambo paints? They cost extra. And are very very nice. And probably impossible to fix after a fender bender.

I've heard of them, but not seen them in person. I imagine to fix a fender bender, you'd have to strip the whole piece and re-paint it.

I haven't seen in person yet either.
I think your guess is probably right. Insurance companies must hate that paint.

Well, when you pay that much for insurance every month, it probably all balances out...
