well... not a legit 22b, but a nice GC none the less. Made good use of a usually unpopular front bumper, I like it

It's nice, but it's not a 22b. The 22b has wide fenders, and not just fender flares.

I'm guessing this is actually a 2.5 RS that some one has done a WRX or STI drive train swap.

You are correct, he had a six speed out of an STi. Was a very clean looking build, but it is not a 22b. I'm suddenly finding myself looking at beater imprezas...

2.5RS with that front bumper, only in the first year, seems more likely it was just a bog standard impreza coupe

Not so much failure, but if it's overdone it hurts handling.
