Its spiritual successor - E90 M3.

Those pedals look good. Too bad you gain all that weight from the third pedal and a weighted shift knob. You'll definitely feel that in the corners.

Those look nice.

Maybe they'll look nice on my E39 M5.

Price doesn't seem too bad either.

Nice! I've always liked those pedals. I have the BMW performance aluminum ones but when they wear out it may be time for something different. Let me know how you like that ZHP style shift knob. I almost bought one because I had one on my 335 and loved it but you have to do all kind of modification with the M3's boot apparently to make it work. Or is someone selling a simpler option now? Anyway, interested to hear how you like it!

I'll let you know - you do have to remove the boot from the stock ring and then attach the new boot to the old ring. The DIY thread is clear enough that I feel pretty confident.

Does yours have the "gooseneck" shifter, too?

It did. One of the first things I did on the car was replace it with a ZHP knob. The back of the "wood" trim was coming up when I pushed it forward. I also replaced the handbrake handle with a black leather one.

The E39 pedals on that site don't have the ///M logo on them. Sad. I'll have to reach out and see if they can add it (there's a blank space). Hopefully for not too much.

Yeah, I don't think it's hard at all, I just wasn't 100% confident that I really needed to rip mine apart. Very eager to hear what you think. I bet you'll love it!
