I understand the point... but everyone gets all huffy at the peoples' reactions and don't stop and think why.
1) you need their permission to put their faces in your videos.
2) People don't like some creepy fuck taking videos for seemingly personal pleasure. Not to mention whatever gains he gets from posting those videos. They don't mind being filmed in a store because it isn't some dude going home and jacking off to it, it is in a corporate atmosphere there for protection of them and the workers.
I'm actually not that much a fan of this. Some of it is funny, especially walking into the fast food joint, but he's a creep. Especially when he doesn't say a word.

I honestly don't know what I'd do, but I wouldn't be happy. Technically couldn't some of these people sue him? Half of them weren't filmed in public places and I'd assume most didn't sign wavers given their rage level haha.

You are incorrect. It is legal to video record a person in a public space (where no expectation of privacy is expected). Was his video recording people in such a way a smart thing to do? Most likely not. The management of any of the businesses he was in could ask him to leave and he must do so if asked. However, the people in the videos had no right to strike out or threaten him unless they were in fear of their lives.
