The only one I've seen in person was in front of a strip club in Springfield. So my view of them is a little tainted, if you will. Who knows what went on in there?

I dunno, but apparently it's a thing , as in if you GIS it you'll find more than one of them. I've actually seen one, I caught it coming off the ferry in a snowstorm. It was the most tragic thing I've ever seen.

Black does seem to have that effect. But if you look close enough you can see the three door handles on the side of the black limo for the three doors. Also no landau bars
