He finally has a day off, which coninsides with one of my days off. What better thing to do than do a father-son autox. He declineded!!!! WHAT!! He says he is too old for it! I am going to drag him along still, maybe then he might want to do it.

At my local autocross there is a 60 some year old retired teacher with a yellow C5 convertible. She is consistently one of the fastest there.

There are plenty of older people at autocross, I am not sure why my dad wouldn't want to do something like this. He liked Road America vintage race, which was his first race, so he should like going fast!

Yeah, she is certainly not the only older person there. You drag him along like you said and he'll probably do it.
