Craigslist find from last night. I was was searching for manual transmission and came across this.

For sale 97 honda accord front end damage,excellent drive train, brand new cat. converter & exhaust,new alternator,timing belt,brakes, drivers side cv joint.runs excellent. $600.

When I was living in Wichita I responded to an ad that had these words in it "threw a rod, drove it back to garage, runs ok" I was super confused but it didn't really matter since I was only interested in the body panels and chassis.

I know someone whose car broke down on the side of the road, so they just listed it on CL, sold it, and the guy came and dragged it away within the day. Why pay a tow truck?
